Adam Najberg

Adam Najberg is a seasoned storyteller and communications leader with over 25 years in journalism and PR. He spent over two decades at Dow Jones and The Wall Street Journal, shaping news content and driving digital strategy in Asia. In 2015, he transitioned into corporate communications, first with DJI and Alibaba, then moving to Tencent Games, where he led international communications. He’s the global communications chief at Nasdaq-listed Deep Green X and founder of Hakawati Productions, which is co-producing a business reality series.

Adam has authored three books, completed four documentaries, is a certified career & life coach, podcaster, and angel investor. Based in Asia, he mentors through forums like Orbit Startups and the AAJA, championing emerging storytellers and fostering media-PR collaboration. Whether in newsrooms or boardrooms, Najberg merges narrative craft with strategic insight, making him a respected voice across media and communications landscapes

Arabian Prince

OG Arabian Prince is a songwriter, rapper, producer, DJ, technologist, pro gamer, animator, futurist, and blockchain pioneer. A founding member of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame group N.W.A., Arabian Prince is the producer of the GRAMMY-nominated #1 hit song, “Supersonic.”

He’s also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of iNov8 Capital, Founder of iNov8 Next Open Labs, as well as GGGOAT PC, a lifestyle brand. His passion for technology led him to create a 3D animation and special effects studio in the ‘90s, working with companies including Saban Entertainment and Fox, including 100+ video games, films, and TV titles for Fox Interactive and Vivendi Universal.

As a consultant, Arabian Prince has advised companies on bridging the gap between technology and the youth, while bringing new product innovations to market. He is currently working with his tech partners to bring Open Labs to communities across the country in support of youth, women, diversity, veterans, and anyone else who wants to explore the future of technology.

Arnaud has spent the last 30 years immersed in curiosity, with an appetite for growth and for fostering the next generation, built on opportunities across the globe, with an anchor in Asia.

He has held leadership positions within outstanding corporate cultures at Nestlé, Fonterra, and, most recently, as the General Manager/Country Head of Abbott Taiwan. His approach to career was phased in 3 stages:

1. Earn individual commercial credentials and accolades -- where he was out of his comfort zone

2. Reach business development scale, with synergizing resources and go-to-market forces.

3. Turnaround, winning in an aggressive competition setting at top-tier country affiliates with operational excellence, choices, and innovation
